What does the trade mission fee include?

Your fee covers transportation for all organized group activities, security for peace of mind, and exclusive access to private networking functions. We ensure a structured, seamless, and enriching experience, giving you direct access to key industry leaders and opportunities in Nigeria’s thriving business and creative sectors.

What is not included in the fee to us?

Flights, accommodation, and meals are not included. This gives you the flexibility to choose options that best fit your budget and preferences. We will provide a list of recommended hotels, and you are responsible for booking your own stay, flights and other things outside our package. We can supply you with recommended agents.

Where does the trade mission take place?

The mission starts in Abuja and concludes in Lagos, Nigeria. You are responsible for booking your flights, including the domestic flight from Abuja to Lagos on the dates specified. We can supply you with recommended agents.

Do I need a visa?

Yes, all international visitors require a visa to enter Nigeria. We can provide an official invitation letter to support your application. We can suggest a Visa agent.

Yes. You must apply for a business visa via the Nigerian Immigration Portal. Required documents include:

• An invitation letter from a Nigerian host

• Proof of accommodation

• A yellow fever vaccination certificate

Can you assist with visa applications?

While we do not process visas, we have a suggested visa agent whose details we can share upon request.

How long should my passport be valid for?

Your passport must be valid for at least six months after your departure date from Nigeria. Please check this well in advance to avoid any travel issues.

Health & Safety

We strongly recommend getting yellow fever and malaria vaccinations before travel and always have the relevant certificates to hand. However, we advise checking your government’s official travel website for the latest health guidelines regarding travel to Nigeria.

In the past, we offered an all-inclusive package, but we found that different participants have different budgets and needs. This flexible approach allows you to tailor the experience to what works best for you while still benefiting from our structured trade mission.

Bring a positive mindset, business cards, and any materials you need for networking. Also, ensure you have all necessary travel documents, vaccinations, and insurance in place before departure.

Yes. Your policy should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost luggage.
